Faith
Faith, derived from Latin fides and Old French word feid, is confidence or trust in a person, thing, or concept. In the context of religion, one can define faith as "belief in God or in the doctrines or teachings of religion". Hebrews 11:1 says Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. We know as Christians faith is one of the most vital parts of our walk with Christ. Without faith it is impossible to please Him. We go through many things in this journey but what we can be certain of is that God will stand on His word. Our faith is our hope, knowing that this world is not ours and that one-day God will return for His people. Our faith helps us stay rooted and grounded in Christ. We understand it’s not
about having faith in ourselves but us having faith in our Lord. We
don’t always see how God is going to heal us, provide for us, deliver us and etc… But we do know He is going to do it because we’ve seen him do it time and time again. Each man is given a measure of faith but we can Continue to build our faith. You do this by reading your word. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. So, let us hold on to our faith!
Here are scriptures on Faith:
