Temptation

Temptation is something none of us will ever live without. Each day we are faced with deciding to yield to temptation or to overcome it. Temptation is anything that tempts us it could be alcohol, sex, lying, cheating, cursing and etc. We all have our poison or poisons but it is up to us if we allow it to kill. Jesus was tempted at all points but still without sin. Yes, He was God but He was also man. God always will give us away to escape, the question is do you take it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 New King James Version (NKJV) 13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to [a]bear it. You are an overcomer, greater is He that is in you than He that is in world. The word is your weapon. Don’t go where you know you will be tempted. Keep a prayer life and surrender yourself to God and the most important thing of them all obey God when he is speaking to you.
